Công dụng của adenosine triphosphate

Thuốc biệt dược Adenosine với thành phần chính là Disodium adenosine triphosphate, được dùng phổ biến trong điều trị bệnh đau lưng và một số tác dụng khác. Dạng bào chế của adenosine thường là viên nén chứa khoảng 20 mg thuốc và được dùng bằng đường uống.

1. Công dụng của thuốc adenosine

Thuốc adenosine triphosphate (A.T.P) tham gia vào quá trình chuyển hóa của tế bào cơ và mô thần kinh, thường được dùng trong các trường hợp sau:

Bệnh nhân suy thận cấp, suy đa cơ quan
Tăng huyết áp động mạch phổi
bệnh xơ nang
ung thư phổi
Giảm cân do ung thư
Đau sau phẫu thuật hoặc thần kinh
loạn nhịp tim
Thay đổi huyết áp trong quá trình gây mê và phẫu thuật
Hỗ trợ đau lưng

2. Cách sử dụng Adenosine?

Tiêm adenosine thường được thực hiện dưới sự giám sát của bác sĩ. Nếu thuốc ở dạng uống, người bệnh cũng cần tuân thủ liều lượng và thời gian dùng thuốc theo sự tư vấn của bác sĩ chuyên khoa. Liều khuyến cáo của adenosine triphosphate (ATP) như sau:

Người lớn: Nên dùng 2-3 viên (tương đương 40-60 mg hoạt chất), ngày 3 lần tùy theo triệu chứng.
Đối với trẻ em: liều dùng cho trẻ em chưa được nghiên cứu và chứng minh nên có thể không an toàn cho trẻ em.
Để bảo quản thuốc Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) phải để ở nhiệt độ phòng, tránh ẩm, tránh ánh sáng và không bảo quản trong phòng tắm. Thuốc nên để xa tầm tay trẻ em và vật nuôi. Không tự ý vứt thuốc vào bồn cầu, đường ống nước, chỉ vứt thuốc đã hết hạn sử dụng hoặc sử dụng không đúng cách.

3. Tác dụng phụ của adenosine

Tác dụng phụ của adenosine rất hiếm và không cần điều trị. Tuy nhiên, người dùng vẫn nên thông báo cho bác sĩ khi có những biểu hiện bất thường. Các tác dụng phụ có thể xảy ra bao gồm:

Đau ngực hoặc khó thở
Nhức đầu, tụt huyết áp
buồn nôn
đẫm mồ hôi
Tăng axit uric trong máu
Các vấn đề về giấc ngủ
Ngoài ra, một số loại thuốc, nếu dùng cùng với adenosine triphosphate (ATP) có thể gây tương tác thuốc, bao gồm:

Dipyridamole
carbamazepin
Thuốc chống bệnh gút
Methylxanthine bao gồm aminophylline, caffeine và theophylline
