Nổi mụn chi chít do uống thuốc trôi nổi

Bác sĩ Nguyễn Thị Thảo Nhi cho biết, bệnh nhân là trường hợp điển hình của mụn trứng cá do dùng thuốc, tức là mụn trứng cá xuất hiện sau khi sử dụng thuốc bôi hoặc thuốc uống, truyền. Thuốc có thể gây mụn bao gồm: corticoid, hormone sinh dục testosteron, isoniazid, lithi, halogen… trong đó, corticoid là nguyên nhân phổ biến nhất kể cả đường uống và bôi.

Mụn trứng cá là một bệnh viêm của tuyến vú, xuất hiện ở mặt, ngực và lưng, thường gặp ở thanh thiếu niên và thanh niên.

Mụn ở tuổi thanh xuân không được điều trị sớm sẽ để lại sẹo lõm, sẹo lồi, ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến thẩm mỹ. Một số người trị mụn bằng cách dùng thực phẩm chức năng, thuốc tây không rõ nguồn gốc để lại hậu quả nghiêm trọng.

Mụn là một bệnh da liễu phổ biến nhưng có thể gây ra nhiều biến chứng nghiêm trọng nếu không được điều trị đúng cách. Người bệnh nên đến gặp bác sĩ chuyên khoa da liễu để khám và tư vấn liệu trình điều trị phù hợp. Không sử dụng tùy tiện các sản phẩm chăm sóc không rõ nguồn gốc.
