Đại cương về da mụn

1. Sừng lỗ chân lông
Dầu đọng lại, tích tụ sâu trong lỗ chân lông. Từ đó, bề mặt da trở nên sần sùi vỏ cam. Nguyên nhân là do làm sạch da chưa đủ, chưa tẩy tế bào chết. Chúng ta thường sẽ khó nhận ra giai đoạn này.

Làm thế nào để ngăn chặn:

– Giữ cho da luôn sạch sẽ.

Mở lỗ chân lông.

Tẩy tế bào chết vật lý và hóa học như AHA, BHA để ngăn chặn quá trình sừng hóa của da.

2. Sự hình thành mụn
Lúc này, lỗ chân lông bị bít hoàn toàn, gây ra hiện tượng trắng da.

Khi đầu trắng gặp không khí, nó sẽ bị oxy hóa và trở thành đầu đen. Lúc này chúng ta có thể nặn mụn bằng các dụng cụ đã được khử trùng. Nhân cứng, mặt trên màu đen, mặt dưới màu trắng. Đây là điềm báo của mụn trứng cá. Nếu không được điều trị ngay sẽ gây ra tình trạng viêm nhiễm.

Làm thế nào để ngăn chặn:

– Giữ da mặt sạch sẽ, tẩy tế bào chết hàng tuần.

– Nặn mụn: Chỉ thực hiện khi mụn đã già. Xông hơi mặt để mở lỗ chân lông. Khử trùng dụng cụ lấy mụn.

– Nếu bạn không đủ chuyên môn, hãy đến các spa uy tín để được chăm sóc da mụn đúng cách.

Viêm
Vi khuẩn gây nhiễm trùng da. Da mụn sưng đỏ, sờ vào dễ bị đau.

4. Nhột
Trong giai đoạn này, vi khuẩn đã phát triển mạnh mẽ, khiến nhân mụn bị sót lại. (Thường gọi là mụn mủ). Mụn này chỉ viêm ở nang lông. Do đó, nếu bạn nặn mụn đúng cách sẽ không để lại sẹo lõm như mụn bọc.

Cách phòng tránh: Đến trung tâm da liễu để xét nghiệm và kê đơn thuốc trị mụn.

Bước 5: Trị mụn
Khi vi khuẩn gây viêm nhiễm vào sâu bên trong da sẽ hình thành mụn. Loại mụn này rất đau và thường để lại sẹo sau khi phục hồi.

Cách phòng ngừa: Đi khám bác sĩ da liễu để được điều trị. Không được tự ý bôi thuốc, bôi mụn.

Cách ngăn ngừa và điều trị mụn trứng cá

Hạn chế việc nặn mụn và tự nặn tại nhà.
Làm sạch da đúng cách: Tẩy trang hàng ngày, giúp da sạch nhờn, ngăn ngừa vi khuẩn gây hại cho da mụn.

Duy trì thói quen chăm sóc da, ngăn ngừa mụn ngay cả khi đã hết mụn.

Cân bằng dinh dưỡng hợp lý: Ăn nhiều rau và trái cây có chứa vitamin và chất xơ để tăng cường độ bền cho làn da bên trong.

– Đi điều trị da mụn nhanh chóng. Nói không với mụn Tự nặn mụn, dùng thuốc trị mụn, bôi kem trộn, rượu bia bừa bãi. Hãy lựa chọn địa chỉ trị mụn uy tín, cơ sở da liễu được cấp phép y tế, có đội ngũ bác sĩ giỏi để trị mụn an toàn.
